WHY DO COUNSELLING?
We all have those times when the daily demands of life get on top of us, and we can't keep up with our emotional and mental well-being. These situations can develop slowly over time or be caused by a particular situation or a sudden change in life. Counseling can assist us in understanding, processing, and resolving what has brought us out of balance. It has the potential to help us transition from a more fragmented state of being to a sense of being whole, centered, and in control again. This can result in us feeling more content, happy and purposeful in life.
