DISCOVER YOUR PATH TO WELLBEING THROUGH ART

Here at Transpersonal Care, I understand that finding the right words to describe stressful
experiences can be challenging at times. That is why I offer Counselling and Transpersonal Arts Counselling— a form of Art Therapy that uses the creative process to help you release, rewrite, and heal past and current experiences. By integrating traditional therapeutic methods with the expressive
power of art, I guide you toward rediscovering your own unique path to wellbeing.
WHAT I BELIEVE

I believe in working with you to find the path to wellbeing that suits you best, whether or not that
includes making art or talk. I offer Transpersonal Arts Counselling as a unique way to delve into the unconscious, where you can transform behaviour patterns and heal old wounds—helping you shift from a fragmented experience to a more integrated one. I am skilled at helping you determine the right
blend of art-making and verbal processing to meet your needs in your therapeutic journey.
TESTIMONIES
"Sarah has different approaches up her sleeve and seems to know perfectly when to suggest one or the other. I really love that I can ask for "homework" for the upcoming week, which deepens the experience for me. Overall, she helps me make sense of my inner and outer world in a time of great distress and change. It is my first time of getting help in a therapy setting and I couldn't be happier about it."
"Sarah Baganz is changing my life a session at a time. She asks the right questions to guide me through difficult emotions, to change core beliefs, to bring about change within me."
"Sarah created a safe environment from the first minute, making me feel so welcome and seen that I really had/have no hesitation in sharing anything and everything. Her guidance in the conversation is subtle and she asks questions with purpose and empathy. She is great at explaining why certain emotions arise and helps me understand them. That is empowering. "
